Rick is a motivational speaker and engaging instructor. He is involved in instructing several different classes including our own First Steps class, CCW class and advanced CCW class. He also instructs with the International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) competition.

Hello, my name is Ron Hall. I am one of the USCCA certified instructors at Silver Bullet Firearms. I have been with Silver Bullet for since 2021. I started out working at the door and now I am at the Range counter where I work under the ever-watchful eye of Marty “The Safe Guy”.
My experience in firearms instruction covers over 30 years. During that time, I have trained a spectrum of individuals with a wide range of firearm experience. From Army snipers, fellow Green Berets, foreign national soldiers, hospital security officers and private individuals. As an instructor all those experiences taught me that a calm, patient, inviting training environment that focuses on the individual produces the best results.
My goal as an instructor is to give you as an individual the knowledge and skills to be a SAFE, confident, and competent shooter.
While I assist in instructing CPL classes, I also instruct First Steps Classes, CPL Renewal Classes & Private Lessons. Come on into Silver Bullet Firearms and let me be your firearms instructor.

I have enjoyed recreational shooting for over 40 years. I have participated in IDPA Pistol Competitions, 600-yard Rifle Competition, earned NRA’s pistol ranking of Distinguished Expert and have taken many Advanced Pistol Skill Classes.
I have worked for several years in law enforcement as a police officer and later as a Sheriff’s deputy. I am a certified USCCA Instructor. I teach First Steps Classes, Michigan’s CPL Certification Course, & Private Lessons.
I enjoy working and teaching with shooters of all types and disciplines. I particularly enjoy helping beginners to receive the right education, choose the right firearm(s) for them, learn to shoot, carry, and if necessary, use their firearms in a professional manner to protect themselves and the innocent people around them.
I am Jason Vallad, a USCCA certified instructor with over 10 years in the firearm industry and has been a CPL holder for more than 20 years. I work full-time managing a private optometry practice, but also own and operate a Bladesmithing LLC. My commitment to the firearms and training arena came about from my passion that stretches all the way back to childhood, accompanying my grandfather into the woods of Michigan. I started working part-time with Silver Bullet Firearms in 2013, assisting customers on the sales floor.
